I didn't purchase breakfast. I found the room small but that was expected. I was quite impressed with the bathroom and loved the greenery in the windows. Loved the location, proximity to the subway, businesses in the neighborhood (2bakeries, pharmacy, restaurant, corner store) and quietness of the neighborhood (it was quiet here but I felt safe walking around even at 2am).

The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. Perfect location, just a 6 minute walk from a metro and bus stop. The hotel offers a very large and a comfortable room, compared to the normal for Paris. There is also the possibility of a parking space, for a small fee. A wonderful breakfast is included, extremely abundant. Our room was quiet, clean, with a large and extremely comfortable bed. The reception is open until late, which is also very convenient. I highly recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was perfect for the family. The staff was very friendly. Especially the "man" and the "girl" who where sitting at the reception. - They were very helpful in English, so I felt like home already. - We could even borrow the fridge to put in some bread and kids food <3 - The hotel has private parking! - They had empathy for kids and large groups. - Check-in-and-out went smooth. - All explanations were very clear I have been to a lot of hotels, but these people are so kind that if I could have given higher than a 10 I would give them a 12.

Very good position, very close to Olympiades metro station, and also close to Biblioteque Mitterand (metro and Rer station - to Versailles). You can also walk to Jardins de Plants and from here visit the city. The aerea is safe, with some cafes, restaurants and bakeries. Room and bathroom were small but very clean. The checkin/checkout staff is very kind. You can check in also in the evening. Breakfast is good and varied, you have bread, croissants, ham, fruits...

I stayed here for 4 nights. Good location for commuting to city centre or local attractions. The rooms are good, big king size beds and comfy mattress. There is also a small sauna and gym in the basement which you can use during your stay. The reception team was lovely, very friendly and kind!

The location is very good for our business. Staff are very helpful. Eric was particularly helpful when I called to make the booking. Just sorry he was not there during our stay as I wanted to thank him for his assistance.

Double-glazed windows, block-out curtains and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep! And the water pressure in the shower was very good. I was also grateful for the fact that I could leave my bags at the hotel after checkout until I had to leave for the airport - and this service was free.

its located between the metro line 14 station Olympiades and Bibliotheque Mitterand. 10 minutes walk to chinatown, lots of good vietnames food. 15 minutes walk to Pont Tolbiac , nice bars and restaurants along side the river.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Great breakfast. Very attentive and accommodating staff. Some nice little pastry shops and eateries nearby.
